Founded in 1840, Borsci is a distillery with a rich history rooted in centuries of tradition and innovation. The Borsci family, originally from the Caucasus, relocated to Albania due to political upheavals before eventually settling in San Marzano di San Giuseppe, in the heart of Apulia.
Over the generations, Borsci has perfected the art of creating unique, high-quality liqueurs through a blend of decades of experience and continuous experimentation. Each product from the Borsci distillery is a testament to the family’s dedication to preserving tradition while embracing innovation.
Santo Cuviso, meaning "Holy Bacanora," is crafted in the town of Bacanora by maestro Manuel “El Toro” Chacón, a third-generation bacanoro. The production process utilizes 100% organic agave angustifolia (more commonly known as “Agave Pacifica”), cooking the agave in conical earthen pit ovens before natural fermentation and double distillation in copper pot stills.
In 2019, Santo Cuviso Bacanora Blanco earned a Gold medal and was named Agave Spirit of the Year by the American Distilling Institute. The brand has also ventured into producing Sotol, showcasing the diversity of Mexican spirits. With its dry, complex profile and earthy finish, Santo Cuviso invites you to savor the rich heritage and craftsmanship in every sip.

The name Temris comes from the old Irish phrase meaning sanctuary or sacred space, separated for both ceremony and reflection.
This unique Single Malt whiskey has been matured in the finest ex-bourbon oak casks before being transferred to an alternative cask for seasoning.
The end result to this meticulous maturation period is a full flavored and complex finish.
